PISCA strives to provide professional and caring service to anyone who contacts us free of charge. After we receive your call or email, we will contact you and try to set up a meeting to discuss the case to see if an investigation is needed and answer any questions you may have. When we accept the case, we look for who or what may be causing the activity.

We tend to bring anywhere from four to six Investigators to every case, depending on the size it may take more to cover the area. We will start off with interviews and a questions to help us better help you, as well as an explanation of what is about to take place. After that is complete we will go Dark/Lights out and begin our search using a number of different types of equipment and cameras. For us to better help you we ask you to allow us anywhere from four to eight hours of research time.

Once the investigation is over, we will talk to you one last time until we have went over evidence. Once we review all of our recordings and examine photos, we will contact you for a meeting to show you anything we may have discovered. Once that takes place we will not stop helping you until the activity has stopped.

All investigations are done free of charge.
• Investigations can last 2-8 hours.
• Investigations are typically done on Friday and Saturdays.
• In some cases we can respond within 48 hours.
• We will travel almost anywhere!  If for some reason we cannot make it, we will forward your information to a local paranormal group.
• Pre-investigation setup time:  30 minutes.
• Team Members:  3-5 depending on location size.
• Evidence review:  About 1 week.
• We will require a tour of the 'active' areas, and a description of your experiences.
• We investigate at night, with the lights out  --  not to be creepy -- but to utilize our infrared cameras and video equipment.
• We may require your A/C and/or heat be turned off in order to successfully capture EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) sessions.
• We prefer to investigate with as few people as possible.  This is to create a controlled environment and to avoid contaminating evidence.  Certain cases require specific family members to be present, but in most cases we will require as little as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:    At least ONE member of the household, or owner of the property should be present on the grounds for our, and your peace of mind.
