When was PISCA founded?
A- Jay and Frank started PISCA in 2000, but came out publicly in 2005.

What made you want to become a Paranormal Investigator?
A- We all have different reasons that have lead us into this field.  Most have had or have someone close to us whom have had experiences with the paranormal.  We love the paranormal field, and all things belonging to it.

How much does PISCA charge to investigate my home/business?
A- FREE.  PISCA will NEVER charge a fee to conduct an investigation.  All good and honest paranormal groups will not charge you to investigate your home.  However, do to the costs involved on PISCA's end, we must carefully choose which homes we investigate and make sure we are attentive to those with serious cases.  PISCA does accept donations for travel expenses, or we have promotional material in our store.  100% of earnings from our store go to the research and investigation of paranormal activity, and equipment for the team.  Donations, and purchases are recognized and with your permission we will list you as a contributor on our web site.

What does EVP stand for?
A- Electronic Voice Phenomenon.  EVP can be found in our Definitions along with many other terms.

Are Ghosts real?
A- The age-old question.  Personally, it's an opinion.  No one can say for sure if ghosts are real.  Do we believe they are?  Yes, or we wouldn't be doing this.  Even if ghosts were not real, millions of people every year have paranormal experiences dealing with ghosts (and even more are never reported).  Even our investigators have had personal experiences.  Many men and women of educated backgrounds, sound mind and proper lifestyles have experienced seeing ghosts -- Celebrities included.  This all leads to one question... if ghosts are not in fact real, what is it we're seeing?

 

Ultimately.  PISCA is on a mission to find out the truth for ourselves, and our followers.

Do you use orbs as evidence?
A- We speak for PISCA alone, we do not use Orbs as evidence due to dust and bugs.

Do you guys offer house cleansing?
A- We will contact a priest to cleanse your home/business if requested.

How do we request for you guys to investigate?
A- You may request an investigation using the Request Form link.  It can be found under "GET HELP" at the bottom of every page, as well as our home page.

Can I join PISCA?
A- From time to time PISCA finds itself in need of additional team members, investigators, case researchers, photographers, and various other positions.  When positions become available we will notify our followers via our normal Emails, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, and our live feeds.  We will also post an application on our site when jobs become available.  We do not accept random requests for membership.
